Hi all, I manage a team of 50+ engineers (7+ managers) and alignment of motivation, vision and action are incredibly important to me. I got overwhelmed with keeping separate google docs for each direct report and skip level report that I had 1:1s with. This side project lets me draft a topic in long form and ensure I get it onto all the agendas for discussion. There are some features not yet turned for everyone, but happy to share this pre-1.0 version app with anyone with similar problems.
