  TwitterFeedback.app is a free tool that allows you to track, analyze and extract meaningful data out of the feedback you receive on Twitter. Learn who your top users are, what people feel about your product, what words they use the most and much more (Even works for your competitors twitter handle 👀)

  Here’s how, why and future of the tool 👇

  For couple of months we have been working on this product called https://olvy.co/ Where our vision is help companies to build user-centric product by tracking and analying user feedback from wherever they are, ship things faster and smoother, and keep everyone in the loop by going back to them once the User’s feedback has been resolved.

  And that’s how we thought why not extracting the twitter integration and spin of it build a tool which can help everyone to listen to there twitter audience and collect product feedback.

  You may ask that, do we really need it? Well, you surely need it, and here’s precisely why: — People prefer to tweet their feedback than filling long feedback surveys. — Feedback in any form is always helpful; provided it’s the right one. — People love to interact directly with the people building things on Twitter. Exhibit A - Z: Stripe, Twitter, Github, Slack, Figma, Linear, Framer. You probably are already active on Twitter, you must already be actively engaging with your users, so it makes complete sense to keep a track of everything they say about you and your brand.

  What are the top features? Now, this is a one of a kind Twitter tool for personal and business accounts and comes with amazing features like:

  — Top Keywords: Helps you identify what your Twitter friends are talking about and that what you should focus on. — Top Users: Helps you understand the go-to person whenever you need any feedback or help. — Sentiment Analysis: Helps you analyze user comments and replies to find whether their sentiment is positive, neutral, or negative.

  You can use this information to answer questions like:

  2. Who are the ones complaining the most?
