These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of mysideproject.works (the “Site”) and any products, courses, digital downloads, or services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Suraj Giri (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not accept every part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old—or the age of majority in your jurisdiction—to use the Site. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you submit is accurate and complete.

3. Licence to Use the Site
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial projects. We may terminate this licence for any violation of these Terms without notice.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the Site.
- Use the Site to distribute malware, spam, or hate speech.
- Harvest email addresses or personal data without consent.
- Resell or publicly share paid resources (templates, courses, code).
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
5. User-Generated Content
You may post comments or project links in designated community areas. By doing so you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, or distribute your content in connection with operating the Site. You remain responsible for your own posts and must ensure they do not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful material. We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion.
6. Purchases & Digital Products
- Pricing & Taxes — All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes or import duties.
- Payments — Processed securely via Stripe or Gumroad; we do not store card details.
- Delivery — Digital products are delivered instantly via email or download link.
- Refunds — Because our products are digital and instantly accessible, all sales are final unless a specific guarantee is stated on the checkout page.
- Course Access — Licence is individual, non-transferable. Sharing login credentials is prohibited.
EU/UK consumers retain statutory rights that cannot be waived.
7. Affiliate Links & Advertising
Some outbound links are affiliate links; we may earn a commission if you purchase. Ads served via Google AdSense are clearly labelled. See our Disclaimer for full details.
8. No Warranty
The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties—express or implied—about accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, mysideproject.works and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services—even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the preceding 12 months.
10. Indemnification

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal, under the rules of the Nepal Council of Arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class-action suit.
EU/UK residents may alternatively bring disputes in their home jurisdiction if required by mandatory law.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Major changes will be announced via email or a prominent site notice. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
